Bio: Born in Moscow, Russia I began my musical training at the Gnessin Conservatory (Moscow) at the age of six where I studied piano technique and musical theory.

In 1993 I moved to New York where I continued taking piano and vocal lessons for a few years at the Manhattan School of Music. My passion for arts and performing goes back to the early childhood as I was raised in a very music and theater oriented family.

During my early teens I have developed a taste for power metal, especially bands like Helloween and Stratovarius. Wanting to continue my musical training and growth and being deeply influenced by preexisting and emerging power metal bands, I knew exactly what I needed to pursue. After several projects with some of the local bands, in December 2002 an old friend introduced me to the members of Operatika with whom I shared many of the same musical influences, interests as well as goals and I joined the band as a keyboard player shortly after.
